Waiver of claims
By signing up for any of Heli-skiing or Heli -boarding packages
you have to be aware of the certain risks which cannot be controlled in mountain
areas such us: changing of weather and snow conditions. Our guides will do their
best for you but they still cannot foresee all the risks. Each client either skier
or snowboarder will have to sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY,
WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
All the above documents must be signed and sent to Fantastic Asia
far before your trip. All claims shall be governed in all respects by and interpreted
in accordance with the laws of Kyrgyz Republic.
