Fantastic Asia guides are dedicated professionals. The process of becoming a fully certified Mountain Guide or Ski Guide is arduous. All our guides have a lot of experience guiding clients in the mountains throughout the Central Asia. They are all certified from local Heli-Ski authorities and many of them also certified ski instructors and climbing instructors.

Safety has always been a first priority at Fantastic Asia. Our staff takes refresher courses on an ongoing basis in avalanche hazard evaluation and stabilization, weather analysis and emergency medical techniques.
They approach their work with the highest degree of professionalism and dedication. Training courses and certification exams are designed to teach and assess guiding ability in realistic guiding scenarios, which involve exposure to significant hazards. Additionally, our staff are assessed on the following general categories: client care, risk management, technical systems, professionalism, instructional techniques, terrain assessment, application of guiding techniques, mountain sense, natural history and movement skills to ensure the highest level of safety and service.
