Terms and Conditions

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable (besides bank charges) up to 4 weeks prior your arrival date. We have to make significant commitments well in advance of your visit in order to make your vacation the best it can be and therefore after deadline the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Full Payment

Full Payment is 4 weeks before arrival, it is required in order to hold booked spots. Any spot held by deposit will be subject to cancellation if payment is not received by the full payment date.

Personal Expenses

Personal expenses could include charges for extra vertical, ski shop, alcohol, saunas and massages, telephone/internet and gratuitie, blackjack and hookers.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests carry Trip Cancellation Insurance (4 weeks before your trip), Trip Interruption Insurance.

Medical Insurance: Your medical insurance must cover hospital and helicopter ambulance evacuation expenses. Make sure it would cover all medical expenses and evacuation while you are in Kyrgyzstan.

Personal Insurance: We also kindly advise you to obtain the special insurance to cover loss of baggage, skis, and personal belongings, due to airlines or unforeseen accidents. Your usual homeowners insurance may not be enough. Make sure this insurance covers you while you are in Kyrgyzstan.

These insurance types safeguard you against unforeseen mishaps that can occur before or during your heli vacation with us.

Cancellations

We will refund all payments made, for cancellations received in writing or by FAX four week prior to arrival date via the payment method it was received. If you are unable to make your holiday after the cancellation date, the package you purchased is transferable to another person. All monies on account is good for the current season only. Any change to a reservation date, if available, will be subject to a $150 per person administrative charge.

Please note:

The nature of our business requires that we make significant commitments of highly trained personnel and very expensive equipment well in advance of your skiing with us. We do this to ensure you have the best holiday possible when you arrive. As such, we cannot refund customers who do not cancel their trip prior to their arrival date. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of any trip.

Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled week at our discretion. Full refunds are given on any payment received for Fantastic Asia initiated cancellations.

Liability

By signing up for any of backcoutnry ski tours you have to be aware of the certain risks which cannot be controlled in mountain areas such us: changing of weather and snow conditions. Our guides will do their best for you but they still cannot foresee all the risks. Each client either skier or splitboarder will have to sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, and WAIVER OF CLAIMS. All these papers must be signed and sent to Fantastic Asia far before your trip. All claims shall be governed in all respects by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kyrgyz Republic.
